Since starting in the industry in 2001, Joe has received numerous awards and accolades including Loan Officer of the Year and has been a Presidents Club recipient every year since joining Homeowners Financial Group in 2010. Nearly 100% of Joe’s business is by referral from satisfied clients, trusted advisors, and the most experienced Realtors in the Valley. Joe built his business on the book Raving Fans and is therefore constantly striving to raise the level of customer service buyers receive during the home buying process.
Joe also sits on the board of the Scottsdale 20/30 Club as their club President. The Scottsdale 20/30 Club is a local non-profit organization dedicated to raising money for a variety of children’s charities.

Now, at Homeowners Financial Group, he feels that they have the best product availability that he has not been able to offer at previous companies. His specialties include assisting first time home buyers in purchasing their dream home, advising clients on when to refinance, and explaining how different mortgage products work for their long term goals.

Sarah began her career in the mortgage industry in 2003 as an administrative assistant quickly realizing her love for the business of helping people. Sarah joined HFG in 2011 and was awarded with Homeowners Financial Group 2013 Processor of the Year!
Sarah grew up on a farm on the East Coast… so she’s a HUGE animal lover!!
